Visiting the sites

Cloudflare and our hosting provider process your IP address, the requested address, the time, your browser's user agent and response or error data to deliver and protect these sites.

The sites add no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, pixels or tags. Your appearance and motion settings stay in your browser's local storage and are not sent to us.

Buying Glassy UI Pro

Link, a Stripe service, sells Glassy UI Pro as merchant of record. Stripe processes checkout, payment, tax, receipts, fraud prevention and transaction support under its own privacy policy. We never receive your card details.

Stripe shares your name, email address, country and order with us so that we can deliver the templates, answer support requests and keep records the law requires.

Support

When you email us, we use your message and its metadata to answer and follow up on your request.

Legal bases and retention

We process order data to perform our contract with you, site delivery and support for our legitimate interests, and records where the law requires them. We keep order records for as long as tax and commercial law requires, and support messages until the request is settled.

International transfers and your rights

Our providers may use subprocessors outside Germany or the EEA under adequacy decisions, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. You have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent.
